Gifts Refused by Recipient
Q8eGifts.com will issue NO refund to the sender if intended recipient refuses to accept the gift after a delivery attempt has been made.
Orders can be canceled only if they are not ready for delivery or are on the delivery van. Orders that qualify for cancellation are entitled for 100% refund.
If recipient is unavailable when a delivery attempt is made a second delivery attempt will be made depending on the recipient’s location. In all other cases sender will be informed about the unavailability of the recipient.
Damaged Gift Items
Gifts damaged during delivery will be replaced by Q8eGifts.com at no cost. No Refund can be claimed on gifts that have been accepted by the recipient.
Any orders in which the sender claims that all items were not delivered will be investigate in 2-3 business days from reporting. Sender should report such a claim in no later than 24hours after delivery. Recipients reporting such a claim will NOT be entertained under any circumstances.
If certain purchased item is out of stock or has been discontinued, Q8eGifts.com reserves the right to deliver replacement items which are a closest match in value (higher or equal value) and/or appearance .
We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes
Deliveries to hospital should be requested atleast 2 Days prior to requested delivery date. If recipient has been discharged already, order will be canceled and full refund will be issued to the sender.
Cash Pick Up Request Policy
Q8eGifts.com reserves the right to cancel any cash pick up request anytime prior to cash pick up.
Same day delivery
Order placed before 11:30AM and requested for same day delivery, will be delivered the same day. Q8eGifts.com reserves the right to deliver all orders placed after 11:30AM with same day delivery request, the next day.
